Vincent David Vitek

Vincent David Vitek, age 66, passed away peacefully on Friday March 21, 2025 at U of M Health Sparrow in Lansing. He was born in St. Johns, Michigan on August 11, 1958.

He worked at American Bumper for several years and he farmed. Vince loved to fish, hunt, play cards, go to sales and garden. He loved to spend time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Vincent and Hannah Vitek; his sister Kristine; and his nephew Steve Munro.

He is survived by his son Vincent and his daughter Mandy (Steve) Miller; his brothers and sisters Gary (Lynn) Vitek, Kathy (Greg) Munro, Karen (Orlin) Stringham, Mike, Dave, Doug; 9 grandchildren:  Landon, Alivia, Hailey, Lilly, Emma, Abby, Ava, Carter and Johnathan.

We will be holding a celebration of life on July 19, 2025 in St. Johns.
