Scott Niswonger

December 18, 1978 — May 10, 2024

Scott Alan Niswonger, known affectionately as "Hotty Scotty" to his friends and family, embarked on his final adventure on May 10, 2024. Born on December 18, 1978, in the frosty town of Grand Forks, ND, Scott's warmth and humor always knew how to melt the coldest of days. He lived his life with a throttle in hand and laughter in his heart, leaving us unexpectedly as a victim of a motorcycle collision in Muskegon, MI.

Scott's life was a testament to the power of a good chuckle and the thrill of the open road. He wasn't just a lineman for Charter Spectrum; he was the high-voltage jolt of joy at every gathering. His work ethic was only matched by his ability to tell a joke that could make even the sternest boss crack a smile.

An avid lover of motorcycles, darts, and hunting, Scott knew that life was about the ride, not the destination. He was the steward of the wild, the sultan of the steel tip, and the captain of the two-wheeler. His friends and family were his co-pilots on this joyride of life, sharing in the laughter and love that he so generously doled out.

Scott's wife, Anita, was his ever-supportive and doting partner. His mother, Gloria, and brother, Chad, were his biggest fans, always ready to cheer him on from the sidelines. His best friend and riding partner, Ricky Sanchez, was always by his side, whether on the road or at the dartboard.

Generous, funny, and adventurous are the words that best describe Scott. He was a man who could light up a room with his smile and who lived every day as if it were an opportunity to have a good time. Scott's legacy is not just in the stories he leaves behind but in the laughter that will echo in our hearts forever.

Ride on, Scott. The beer's tasting good.
