Rulah Eloise Lehman

Rulah Eloise Lehman, age 90, passed away peacefully in her home on July 28, 2026. 

Born in Union City, Michigan, Eloise was a staple of the Battle Creek community. Her life experiences included being a purveyor and retailer of fine furniture and antiquities. She was passionately patriotic and a huge proponent of the democratic process. In her heyday, she took great pleasure in attending estate auctions. A kind and generous neighbor, Eloise “adopted” several as her own children and grandchildren. 

Eloise is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Collins, two grandchildren, Amber Henderson and Emzy Collins, and eight great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Ric Lehman. 

Eloise did not want a memorial service, but asked that friends and family keep her in their prayers.
