Phyllis was born on September 9, 1938 to Peter and Clara (Leone) Trudell, in Ludington, Michigan.
Phyllis is survived by her husband David C. Taylor, her son Don P Dewitt, daughter Pamela K Fox daughter Audrey Powers and daughter Vera Hatfield, her sister Patricia Bullard, many grandchildren and great grandchildren nieces and nephews..
Arrangements have been entrusted to Grand Rapids Cremation Services.
