Pauline Rochelle Berry

January 28, 1964 — October 25, 2024

Pauline Berry, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 60 on October 25, 2024, in Holland, Michigan. Born on January 28, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Barbra Langford, Pauline grew into a kind-hearted and spirited woman who touched the lives of all who knew her.

Although she was preceded in death by her mother, Barbra Langford, siblings Ivy Berry, Leroy Berry, and Paulette Berry, also her son Lyndon Berry, and nephews Darnell, Demetri, and Jarell Berry. She still remained a beacon of light and strength for her surviving family members. Brothers Mark Berry, Kenneth Berry, and Alonzo Langford, along with her sister Jay Berry, and many more nieces and nephews, will fondly remember Pauline's unwavering support and infectious personality.

Pauline was a devoted mother to her children Lyndon Berry (Deceased), Leon Berry, Deonte Berry, and Terri Hensley. She instilled in them the values of love, resilience, and the importance of family. Her seven grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life, will miss her nurturing presence and the special moments they shared.

For two decades, Terrence Hensley, Father of her child stood by Pauline's side, with sharing the upbringing of her children and creating a lifetime of memories and still remained best friends. In her most recent years, Pauline found companionship and happiness with her long-term boyfriend, Thomas Kelly. Their ten years together were filled with love, laughter, and mutual support.

Pauline dedicated her professional life to caring for others as a housekeeper at various nursing homes. Her compassion and work ethic were evident to all who worked alongside her. Pauline's nurturing nature extended beyond her professional life as she cherished moments spent watching over her grandchildren, guiding them with the same love and attention she gave to every aspect of her life.

Family was the cornerstone of Pauline's world. She relished in family gatherings, ensuring that everyone had a good time. Her enthusiasm for life was contagious, and she often found joy in simple pleasures like going to see movies and dining out with loved ones. Her presence at these outings was a source of happiness for her family, and her absence will leave a void that cannot be filled. Pauline's life was a testament to the power of love, family, and perseverance. Her legacy will live on through the lives of her children and grandchildren, the stories shared among siblings, and the countless memories cherished by all who knew her. Pauline's laughter, her warmth, and kind spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

As we bid farewell to Pauline Berry, we celebrate a life well-lived and a heart that loved deeply. Her journey on earth has ended, but her spirit continues to inspire and guide us. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those who have gone before her, and may her memory be a blessing to all.
