Norman French

Mr. Norman D. French, age 73, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday February 23rd, 2022. He was born in Ottawa County on September 6th, 1948, to Donald & Frances (Rose) French, Farnquist, Cooley. Mr. French married Catherine C. Carskadon later divorced and married Noreen Van Sickle Hirsch. Mr. French worked many jobs in his lifetime such as an Interstate Truck Driver, Pinkerton’s Security, Bastin Blessing, Hi-Lites, Injection Molding Operator, Eagle Alloy, Unity Security, McDonalds, and Security thru Kard Protection Group for the past 18 years. He was always a highly valued employee. Norman was also a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.

Norman is survived by; brother, David French of Spring Lake; son, Troy (Kelly) French of Muskegon; stepson, Paul Hirsch II, nieces, Tina (Butch) French, Tammy (French) Vankampen, Jennifer French, Stephanie French; nephews, Jimmy (Heather) French, Chad (Lois) French; grandchildren, Josh (Adrianna) French, Zack French, and Travis Hirsch.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son ,Andre D. French; his brother, Jim French, and his first wife, Catherine (Carskadon) French, Russell.
