Nora Ann Griffin, formerly known as Nora Ann Houston (Harrison), was born on April 18, 1959, in Brownsville, Tennessee. She graced the world with her presence for nearly 67 years, leaving a profound mark on the lives of those who had the privilege to know her. Nora's journey came to a close on February 28, 2026, in Fremont, Michigan.

Nora is survived by her children, Tony (Kia) Houston and Anchanet Harrison, her sister Gloria (William) Quinn, and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and (oh yes!) great grandchildren. 

She was proceeded in death by her first husband Garret Harrison, her second husband Rudolf Griffin, her mother Norean Pitts, her daughter Geneva Harrison, grandson Diamante Comer, sister Martha Brown, brothers Lee Neal, Jerry Houston, Alonso Houston, Londell Houston, and Victor Thompson.

The family would like to thank Kia Houston and her team Hospice of Michigan (HOM) and Regency at Fremonts' staff members for their extended care for our loved one.
