Mary Channells

Mary Jo Channells (Raap) of Luther, Michigan, passed away on August 13, 2024, surrounded by her family. Born on June 29, 1966, Mary Jo was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Clark Channells; her sons, Ryan (Kelsey) Channells, and Taylor (Ashley) Channells; and her grandchildren, Justin and Jayden. She also leaves behind her brothers, Kenneth Raap and Scott Raap; her sisters, Judith (Tom) Slonecki and Anne (Dan) Decator; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Mary Jo was preceded in death by her parents, James and Martha Lou Raap, her brother Rodger Raap, and many other family and friends.

Mary Jo had a passion for cooking and cherished time spent with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren. Mary’s warmth and joy will be deeply missed.
