Mary Ann Bowser, born on December 29, 1945, passed away peacefully at her home in Wyoming, Michigan on April 10, 2026. She was surrounded by the warmth and comfort of her beloved family during her final moments.
Mary Ann was known for her quiet and somewhat shy demeanor, yet those who knew her well treasured the most beautiful smile she carried, one that effortlessly brightened rooms and hearts alike. She found joy in simple pleasures, including playing bingo and cards, watching game shows, and most importantly, spending quality time with her loved ones.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Barbara Stephens, Anna Stroh, and Tina Kline(Jim); her son Brett Thompson; and her devoted siblings Warren (Bob) Bowser (Sheila), Gary Bowser, Paul Bowser, Danny Bowser, Jimmy Bowser (Donna), Janet Kaufman, Lois Smith and Sara McKruit (Gary). Her family’s bond was a cornerstone of her life and brought her great comfort.
Mary Ann was preceded in death by her father Daniel Bowser, her mother Ada Bowser, her son Michael Bowser, her sister Evelyn Bellas, and her granddaughter Stacey Hudson. Their memories live on in the hearts of all who shared a connection with Mary Ann.
Mary Ann Bowser’s life was a testament to quiet strength and enduring love. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
