Margaret Gray

Margaret “Becky” Gray, age 85 went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 6th, 2024.

She was a devoted Christian, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Becky was known as a kind and vibrant woman who loved her family and friends. Her family and friends will remember her for her warm smile, kind spirit, and her fun nature. She loved gathering with people, and she loved the Lord. She lived her faith as was evidenced to all that knew her. To know Becky was to love her.

Becky was an avid golfer who enjoyed spending time on the course and socializing with friends and family. She loved spending time with her sister, Bev, at the casino appreciating a good cocktail or on the dance floor on the weekends.

Becky is survived by her 2 children: Laura Armstrong (Gene) and Jeff Honea (Pam). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Sarah Dreyer (Dave), Scott Armstrong (Erica), Joe Armstrong (Aubrey) and Evan Honea (Nikki) as well as 10 great-grandchildren.

Becky was the 9th of 10 children, born to her parents, Charles and Margie Nickerson. She is survived by her sister Beverly DeMull. She was preceded in death by her sisters, brothers, and son Randy Honea.

A service will be held on Saturday, February 10th at 12:00 noon at Rockford Baptist Church with a luncheon following at the same location. 221 Courtland St. Rockford, MI 49341.

Rest in peace, dear Becky. You will be forever missed and always remembered.
