Marcelyn Dykstra

Marcelyn Beth Dykstra, 86, passed away peacefully in her daughter’s home surrounded by family on Sunday, December 18, 2022. She will always be remembered for her gentle spirit, humble soul, and loving heart. Marcy is survived by her children: Lori (Bob) Hesselink, Gayl (Brad) Kessel, Mark (Danell) Dykstra; her grandchildren: Adam (Molly) Hesselink, Bethany Hesselink, Amanda (Jeremy) Lynn, Jacqueline Kessel, Julia Kessel, Kyle (Amanda) Sneed, Brett (Finance Divya) Sneed, Jessie (Chandler) Cahill, Samuel Dykstra; and, her great grandchildren: Sophie, Oliver, Daphne, and Macy. Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm at the Holland Home Raybrook Chapel in Grand Rapids, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Holland Home Foundation Resident Assistance.
