Kenneth Decan

Kenneth Ward DeCan, of Norton Shores (formerly Spring Lake), passed away on March 15, 2025.

Ken was born on March 6, 1959, to his parents Lyle and Dorothy (Donahue) in Muskegon, MI. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was fishing, hunting, or just appreciating nature. He was also a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed watching the races.

He is survived by his wife, Rita; his children, Michael (Hannah) , Julianna, Kenneth, and Thomas; and his grandchildren, Thomas Jr., Mason, Ian and Jase and his sisters Sue and Patty.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Tom and sister Judy.

Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Grand Rapids Cremation Services.
