Jill Joy Serbay

Jill Joy Serbay sadly lost her short battle to cancer. She fought so hard to stay with us. She was an amazing sister, friend, aunt, and great aunt. She lived life to the fullest and was so loved by her family and many friends. She spent her winters in Venice, Florida where she loved to ride her bike every day, golf, play cards, and just enjoy life. Everyone who met her loved her smile, her kind heart, and her fun personality.

She is survived by her eight siblings, Myron Serbay (Jill), Susan Wade (Tom), Carole Kelly (John), Kay McNab, Linda Serbay, Dale Serbay, Jane Serbay, and June Ells, 15 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Myron Walter Serbay and Stella Marie Serbay, and her brother-in-law, James L. McNab III.

At her request, she has been cremated. A family service will take place at a later date to scatter her ashes in her special place in northern Michigan.
