Janice Thompson

Janice Elaine Thompson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, entered her eternal rest on August 19, 2026.  Janice was born May 1 1949 in Grand Rapids MI to parents Louis and Marjorie Rinks who preceded her in death.

Janice enjoyed designing and sewing quilts, feeding the local squirrels and watching the moon; she found joy in sharing her time and talents others.  Her greatest joy came from her commitment in caring for her family.  

Janice is survived by her loving husband Earl. Janice and Earl had three children Earl (Karen), Mike (Debbie) and Michelle; along with treasured grandchildren Marquis, Woody, Raven, Mike, Brooke, Anthony, Jacob, Logan, Ivy and Mya.   Janice is also survived by siblings Joann and Mary Beth.
