Gordon Haskin

Gordon (Gordy) Haskin loved fishing, hunting, on-line casino games, cooking, traveling, playing card games, and listening to live music with family. “Dad” cares for all and is missed on earth! After a two-month battle with Covid and Shingles he went to his home in Heaven on Aug. 12, 2020 at the age of 79. He is survived by the love of his life, Erlene Haskin, married for 61 years, 4 children; Terri (Kent) Ross in MN, Kerry (Terri) Haskin in AZ, Aaron (Debbie) Haskin in MI, and Erika (Jason) Garvelink in MI. They have 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He has two sisters, Carol Johnson (AZ) and Valerie Boerner (Larry),(AZ) and brothers Neal Haskin (Edie) (WI) and Les Hansen (CO). He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Haskin and Edna Hansen (MN) and two brothers, Marvin and Allen Haskin. Gordy was an innovator in the meat packing industry and retired as the Plant Manager from Quincy St., Inc. He was a member of Good Shepard Lutheran church in Holland.
