Duncan D. Wilson

He grew up alongside his sister, Sandra Tolcher, who now resides in Lexington, SC, with her children and grandchildren. Though Duncan never had children of his own, he played a cherished role in the lives of his niece and nephews, Kevin and Michael Wheeler, Gini Resnick, and Billy Tolcher, as well as their spouses, Shannon, Nathan and Lauren, and their children, Nicholas, Alex, Ian, William, Violet, and Henry, who will remember him fondly as a captivating storyteller with a sharp wit.

After graduating from high school, Duncan bravely enlisted in the army and served his country during the Vietnam War. His experiences there not only shaped his worldview but also instilled in him a sense of duty that he carried throughout his life. Upon returning to civilian life, Duncan dedicated 45 years to a career in automotive robotics engineering. His analytical mind and attention to detail made him a respected figure in the industry.

Duncan's journey was also marked by his commitment to sobriety. He became an integral part of Alcoholics Anonymous programs, where he generously shared his story and insights.
