A life of love, generosity, and hospitality was lived to the fullest by Diane Reynolds, born June 6th, 1952. Her days were spent loving her children and grandchildren, whether by spending time with them, or preparing handmade gifts for them. She lived a life of love with her devoted husband of 48 years, Ronald Reynolds, being married on September 8th, 1973.
She began her life of hospitality by attending nursing school, and working as an LPN for a short time. This pursuit was continued as she and Ron were adoptive parents, biological parents, and foster parents for many years as well as extra parents to anyone who needed them.
Her life was characterized by welcoming people of all types, backgrounds, and lifestyles into her home, and treating them with the love of Christ which she so intimately knew. This created a lasting effect on their lives, leaving a priceless legacy for generations to come.
Diane is survived by her husband Ron, Children Sandra (Andy) Tucker, Betsy, Tim, and Matthew, Her father John Scheltema, as well as grandchildren Elijah (Kiana), Isabelle, Shelby, Shanna, Emily, Simon, Lydia, Johnathan, Moriah, and countless other people who she lovingly considered her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother Velma Scheltema, and 2 siblings baby Sandra and baby Wesley.
