Dennis Tuttle

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother, Dennis Bruce Tuttle. Dennie was born on June 17, 1957 to the late Buddie J. and Dorothy M. (Gale) Tuttle. He was an eleven-year cancer survivor and dealt with many other health issues. Before his cancer—and for a time afterwards--he could often be seen riding his bicycle throughout Battle Creek. As a young man, he could be found in Dad’s garage tinkering with a friend’s car engine or working on a small engine. He loved fishing and country music.

He is survived by a brother, Curtis (Bonnie) Tuttle; sister, Naomi (Phillip) Livengood; a son, John Tuttle; and a daughter, Hope Fletcher. Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda. As Dennis’s health regressed, he lived with and was cared for by his sister-in-law, the late Millie Gillette, and her husband, Gary Gillette. We couldn’t be more grateful to them for their kindness and caring.

Dennis will be interned at the Bedford Cemetery, however, at this time no funeral services are planned. A graveside memorial will take place at a later date. May he rest in peace.
