David John Gonzales

As David John filled many of our lives with tremendous joy, energy, and love, he was committed to ensuring he touched every life before his passing. He brings us all a very spiritual message on that significant day, “The love that he had in his life, giving love to others, and we would forever be in his heart.”

He is survived by his mother, Darlene (Kurt) Figel; father, Dave Gonzales; his wife, Brenda Deible-Gonzales; Children, Cameron Gonzales, Hanna and Logan Vasquez, (Stacy & Jarod Curtis) Jesse, Mariah, Gage (Shelly) Dye, Kayla Deible, Rachelle (Bob) Dykstra. Sisters, Crystal Gonzales, Alex (Patrick) Winkler, and Alexandra Frye; brothers, Markus Gonzales, Zackary (Breanna) Gonzales. Aunt / Uncles, Beverly (Paul) Wandel, Bruce Gonzales, Karen (Bobby) Brandeberry, Lisa Marquette. Cousins, Brandy (Shane) Bronson, Jeremy (Melissa) Westbrook, Jesse (Meghan) Dustin Brandeberry, Matthew Marquette, Nichelle (Jack) Plastscore, Racheal (Alfredo) Avelos. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews, and grandchildren and special friend, Stephanie Runyon.

He is preceded in death by Alex, Shirley Gonzales, John, Elaine, Rose Grundy and Derek Figel.

A Celebration of Life will be held for David Gonzales at the Hughes House, located at 7766 Velte Rd in Lake Odessa, MI 48849 on February 25, 2023 from 1:00- 4:00pm.
