Cheryl Stephens

Cheryl Sue Stephens passed away on October 10, 2022. She was born August 28, 1951 the daughter of Neil and Jeanette (Gruizenga) Hiemstra. On September 19, 1969 she was united in marriage to Ray Stephens, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were brothers Donald Hiemstra and Robert Hiemstra. She is survived by a brother, Kenneth (Susan) Hiemstra; three daughters, Christina (Matthew) Rockwell, Erin Stephens and Katie Stephens. She also leaves grandchildren Dominick Rockwell, Dakota Rockwell, Raeann (Jordan Denton) Rockwell, Madelynn (Jacob Hayes) Tuinier and McKenzie Tuinier and great grandchildren Ivy and Mason.

She will be interred with her beloved husband at Fort Custer National Cemetery. Private service will be held at a later date.
