Carrie Hansen

Carrie Lynn Hansen was born on February 2, 1961, in Detroit, Michigan. She was the daughter of John and Mary Thuener. Carrie's journey in this world peacefully came to a close on May 10, 2023, at the age of 62, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Carrie's legacy lives on through her three daughters, Victoria, Alicia, and Jessica.

Although her path may have taken her in different directions, Carrie's connection with her ex-husband, Tim Baxter, remained a special and important part of her life. Their shared memories and experiences withstood the test of time.

Carrie's life will be celebrated in a private ceremony organized by her loving daughters. As they gather to honor her, they will reflect on the precious moments they shared, through laughter and tears.

She will forever remain in our hearts and minds as a mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan, a cause close to Carrie's heart.
