In Memoriam: Carolyn Ethel Morris (March 13, 1965 - January 15, 2024)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Carolyn Ethel Morris on January 15, 2024, in Grandville, Michigan. Born on March 13, 1965, growing up in Garden City, Michigan, Carolyn’s life was marked by simple joys and a strong conviction for family.
During her earlier years, Carolyn, a natural tomboy, found joy in her family and a deep connection with animals. Her spirited personality and quick wit were complimented by a passion for rescuing animals in need, which demonstrated her caring nature. Carolyn spent 23 dedicated years as a registered nurse, with most of her career spent at the University of Michigan Hospital.
Survived by four children: Michelle Provost and husband Mark, Phil Marsh and wife Laura, Tyler Morris, and Julia Morris. Her spirit lives on in her six grandchildren: Blake, Luke, and Jack Provost, and Reagan, Monroe, and Quinn Marsh.
Siblings: John Buggy, Lynda Register, Trish Berberet and husband Rick, Christine Glowacki and husband Derek, and the late Michael Buggy, all shared in the tapestry of her life. She now rests in the company of her departed parents, John Buggy and Carole (Anderson) Buggy.
Memorial services to celebrate Carolyn’s life will be held this spring. Details regarding the date and location will be communicated later. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you pray for Carolyn and her family and hold your loved ones close.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends during this challenging time. May Carolyn, Michael, John, and Carole all rest in peace.
