Carol Lynn Reynolds

REYNOLDS - Mrs. Carol L. Reynolds, aged 73, of Trufant, went to be with her Lord, December 22, 2025 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. Born on October 9, 1952 in Grand Rapids to Robert C. and Lucille A. (Potapowicz) Wallington, Carol grew up in a closeknit family that shaped her lifelong devotion to the people she loved. She carried that devotion into her life and was a constant source of love, pride and encouragement. She was a 1971 graduate of West Catholic High School.

She proudly served her country in the United States Air Force from February 1977 - February 1980 stationed at Carswell AFB, TX, while there she met her husband Bill of forty-seven

years and accompanied him throughout the remainder of his career until retirement, following they moved to Trufant where they shared their lives raising their children Jennifer Cole (Clay) and Travis Reynolds (Jayna)

and sharing in the love as grandparents to Nathanial, Angelina (Elaina) and Aubrianna Cole.

She is survived by her sisters Sharon Schmidt, Sue Riemer and Theresa Shaffer, several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Bob, wife Penny and their son Robbie.

She retired in 2014 as a Medical Biller after twenty years in the Greenville medical community. She loved baking, gardening and spending time with the grandchildren sharing cooking, arts and crafts and games.

Above all, Carol treasured her family and the special memories they created together. She also dearly loved her faithful fur family Tommy and Peanut who were her constant companions throughout her medical struggles and brought her great comfort and happiness.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and A Celebration of Life will be held at the Clifford Lake Inn, Stanton, Michigan between 1:00 - 3:00pm on October 3, 2026 in her memory.
