Brad Allen Evans

Brad Allen Evans, aged 69, of Dowagiac, MI, passed away peacefully of natural causes on November 26, 2024. Born on September 8, 1955, in the same town he would lovingly call home his entire life, Brad was known for his handy skills, his infectious humor, and his warm, friendly demeanor. A proud graduate of Dowagiac Union High School, Brad honed his talents to become a masterful welder, a vocation he dedicated himself to throughout his life. His craftsmanship was not just a job but a passion that earned him respect and admiration from all who knew him. Brad's zest for life was evident in his love for bowling and fishing. He cherished the moments spent at the lanes or on the tranquil waters, and when winter beckoned, he eagerly embraced the cold for the thrill of ice fishing. He leaves behind a loving family: his son, Casey Evans; daughter-in-law, Nicole; grandsons, Carson and Colby; siblings, Cathy (Jirair) Barseghian and Cynthia Hogue; as well as his nieces and nephews, Brian, Angela, Zhirik, Derik, and Stacia, who will all miss his jovial spirit and kind heart. Brad's legacy is one of laughter, friendship, and a life well-lived. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Preceding him in death were his parents Darwin and Ann Evans; sisters Lora and Sandra Evans and niece Sarah Evans.
