Benjamin Evan Katzen passed away on October 8, 2026, at the age of 62. Born on May 16, 1964, Ben will be remembered with love and gratitude by those who knew him and held him close.

Ben’s life was marked by a final act of extraordinary generosity. Through the donation of his body so that others could live, he gave a lasting gift that reflected deep compassion and humanity. In this, he was a hero to many, and his memory will remain tied not only to the love he shared in life, but also to the hope and help he gave to others.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia, and his father, Norm.

Ben is survived by Donna May, along with brother Randy and Lisa Katzen many other family members and friends who will carry his memory forward in their hearts. He leaves behind a circle of loved ones who will remember him always and forever, with affection, sorrow, and enduring love.
