March 7, 1971 — August 31, 2021
Barbara Jean Barker, age 50, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from injuries sustained from a car accident. She was a very loving and caring person who would help others before herself. She will be sadly missed by her many friends and family, including, daughter, Andrea VanRanden; granddaughter, Lula VanRanden; parents, Dan and Pat Milligan; siblings, Dan Milligan Jr., Daniel Matthews, Jim (Ashley) Milligan, Tim (Sarah) Matthews, Kathryn (Adam) Topper, Linna (Mike) Fandle, Joey Brusge. Mother, Karen (Pat) Arnold, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
