Areda Sherman

Areda "Rita" Sherman, age 80, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026, in Hudsonville, MI. Born on June 7, 1945, she lived a full and cherished life surrounded by family and friends.
Rita was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald Sherman; her parents, Chester and Alma Glover; and eight siblings. She is survived by Tammy and Johnny Alles, Missy Bush (Mike), Kim McKian, Ken "Bub" DeWindt (Dawn), as well as nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Rita's legacy lives on through the love she shared with her family and the countless lives she touched. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
